Your information, handled with care

Estimate requests

We collect the project type, budget, timeline, property address, optional photos and notes, and contact information you provide to review and respond to your request. A request is not a construction contract or a guaranteed project date.

Storage and access

Requests are stored in a hosted database. Uploaded photos are kept in private object storage and are accessible through the authorized owner dashboard. Please do not upload identity documents, financial records, or images of people.

Email and service providers

When email delivery is enabled, our email provider processes the contact information and project details needed to send a business notification and your confirmation. The submission result tells you whether confirmation email was accepted for sending.

Website AI receptionist

When enabled, our website receptionist is an AI assistant. Messages and microphone audio you choose to share are processed by OpenAI to provide the conversation. The website voice and chat feature does not save raw audio or full chat transcripts. Project details you submit are saved with your inquiry. AI providers may retain information according to their own service terms. You can use the estimate form instead. An appointment is confirmed only after the booking screen confirms it.

Telephone receptionist

When enabled, our AI telephone receptionist handles remodeling inquiries for Seven Cities Remodeling and maintenance requests for The Dallas Company Property Management. Twilio processes the phone connection, speech transcription and spoken responses. Call text and the details you provide are processed by OpenAI to collect information and prepare replies. Our application does not record call audio.

After you confirm your details, we save a report for owner review and attempt an email notification and, when enabled, a text alert. Confirmed reports remain in the owner dashboard. Temporary call text and response records older than 24 hours are removed during processing of subsequent calls. They may remain longer if no subsequent call is processed. Confirmed reports are not included in that temporary-record cleanup.

Google Calendar

With authorization from the owner, the receptionist checks busy-time periods on connected Google calendars to find available estimate times. After you confirm an appointment request, it creates a booking event containing the appointment time and relevant contact, property and project details. It can retrieve that booking event to verify the outcome, including after an interrupted request. Booking details are also used to send appointment invitations and email confirmations.

Optional analytics

Optional Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta tracking remain off until configured and you accept measurement. We do not send your name, address, email, phone number, photos, or project notes to these tracking services. Your measurement preference is stored on this device.
